Notes: This scope reflects only confirmed items from the August 8th call. All updates will be built in Webflow, staged for review, and pushed live upon approval. Any additional functionality or design changes outside of this scope will be estimated separately.

  • CMS & Templates 
      1. Blog
        1. Create “Posts” CMS with required fields.
        2. Blog landing page with pagination.
        3. Blog post template with related posts.
      2. Events
        1. Expand “Events” CMS: hero video, category (public/private), gallery, agenda, registration link, internal categorization.
        2. Update event template to feature hero video.
        3. Keep past events live for SEO, disable ticketing.
        4. Create past events archive (date-based filter).
        5. Public/private toggle for events.
      3. Landing Pages
        1. Create “Landing Pages” CMS: hero, sections, gallery, form, SEO metadata.
        2. Landing page template with consistent section layout.
        3. Add opt-in form widget (Webflow native, MailChimp integration).
        4. Hidden fields for segmentation (event type/genre/contest).
  • Navigation & Homepage 
      1. Update primary navigation with dynamic “featured event/landing” slots.
      2. Add footer links for Blog and Past Events archive.
      3. Reposition “Upcoming Events” section to appear below the hero video.
      4. Ensure hero CTA buttons are editable and linkable in the Webflow Editor.
  • Design & UX Enhancements 
      1. Add filter controls for events (type/category/date).
      2. Standardize CTA buttons (“View Event” / “Read More”).
      3. Fix hyperlink styles so they’re clearly visible sitewide.
  • SEO & Metadata 
      1. Ensure meta title, description, and OG image fields are present for all CMS items.
      2. Implement dynamic meta tags (future UTM personalization capability).
      3. Add structured data/schema for Events and Blog posts.
      4. Verify sitemap is active.
  • QA 
    1. Mobile/responsive optimization, prioritizing event CTAs.
    2. Test pagination and event date logic.
    3. Validate form field requirements (name/email required; phone optional; preference toggle).
    4. Remove all dummy content before launch.
