Newsletter Design & Deployment
Activities:
- First Month: HSC to design the newsletter template, which will be used as the standard template for future newsletters
- HSC to Design One (1) Monthly Newsletter for client based on visual identity, client-provided copy, and client provided or approved imagery using the template created the first month of service
- Client provides copy, licensed imagery, and contacts
- MAX: 3 hours of design and deployment / month
- MAX: 1 hour of copywriting / month
- Additional Copywriting available separately for $150/ hr
- Apply client feedback to asset (unlimited revisions within hourly allotment)
- Deploy newsletter via client’s email marketing service account (like Mailchimp or Constant Contact)
Deliverables
- First Month- MAX: 5 hours for design
- First Month – MAX: 1 hour for copywriting
- MAX: 3 hours/ month for design and deployment
- MAX: 1 hour / month of copywriting
- Additional copywriting hours to be billed separately at $150/hr
- Additional design hours to be billed separately at $165/hr
- Unused hours do not rollover to subsequent months
Newsletter Design & Deployment Monthly:
$975 / first month | $645 / future months
- MAX 6 hours / first month (5 hours for design & deployment + 1 hour for copy)
- MAX 4 hours/ month (second month and beyond: 3 hours for design + 1 hour for copywriting)
- Additional Design & Deployment hours billed at $165 / hour
- Additional Copywriting hours billed at $150/hour
- Payment Terms: Due upon receipt
