Assist with submitting and communicating the recovery request through available Meta Support channels and responding to requests for additional information or documentation.

Up to 10 Hours of Support
This service includes up to 10 hours of strategist time. If additional time appears necessary, we will discuss the scope and receive approval before proceeding with any additional billable work.

Important to Know

Meta account recovery is dependent on Meta’s review and decisions, which are outside of our control. We cannot guarantee that your account will be recovered, reinstated, or restored.

Our role is to help diagnose the situation, prepare a thorough and professional recovery case, and assist with the recovery process to the extent that Meta’s support channels allow.

If Meta Support closes the case, denies the recovery request, or otherwise determines that the account cannot be recovered, our engagement may conclude at that point. Time spent diagnosing the issue, preparing documentation, submitting requests, and communicating with Meta Support is billable regardless of the outcome.

Our Process

After your order is placed, you’ll be connected with our paid social strategist, who will inquire about all information related to the affected account and what happened leading up to the restriction or freeze.

From there, our paid social strategist will review and begin building a timeline of events, identifying the relevant account details and documentation needed, and determining the appropriate recovery path.

You may be asked to provide screenshots, account IDs, identification documents, previous correspondence with Meta, and other relevant information. The more complete and accurate the information provided, the better positioned we are to prepare the recovery request.

Because every Meta account situation is different, the recovery process and timeline will vary. We’ll keep you informed as we work through the available recovery options.
