Project fee includes up to 55 hours of website design and development services for the deliverables listed in this Statement of Work. Any work requested outside the approved scope, or work required beyond the included 55 hours, will be billed at the applicable hourly rate with client approval.

Activities & Deliverables
Website Design & Development:
- Design and develop up to 5 live website pages, using a combination of custom page designs and dynamic CMS templates
- Client is responsible for providing finalized copy, approved photos, logo files, brand assets, font files or font access, Guesty access, domain/DNS access if needed, and timely feedback/approvals
- HSC begins production upon delivery of assets from client – any delays incurred will be reflected in an updated timeline
- Ability to embed video through YouTube or Vimeo
- Perform responsive QA on common desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints, and test in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge
- Deploy website upon client approval
CMS Collections:
- Set up up to 2 Webflow CMS collections, to be defined during discovery
Lead Generation Forms:
- Implement up to 3 custom lead generation forms
Revisions:
- Includes up to two rounds of consolidated revisions following first draft delivery. Additional revision rounds, piecemeal edits, or changes requested after approval may be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
API Integrations:
- Guesty Integration: HSC will review available Guesty widget, embed, and API options and implement the approved integration method within the included project hours. Client is responsible for providing Guesty access, API credentials, documentation, and any required third-party account permissions. Custom API development, advanced search/filter functionality, property data cleanup, booking engine customization, or work beyond available Guesty widget/embed capabilities may require additional hours.

*Assignment of HSC Support Team members is subject to change at the sole discretion of HSC.
Timing
Kickoff Date: 05/21/2026 (Effective Date of Contract)
- Please note that this launch is dependent upon a timely discovery process
Please note that services may occur concurrently to ensure the timeline stays on track. HSC will flag if delays, caused by the client, or shifts in the process or deliverables from those set forth in this Statement of Work, will cause extensions to the timeline and will result in additional fees.
Pricing Structure
Fees include the professional services related to the activities and deliverables stated above.
Custom Website Design and Development: $11,125.00
Website Design & Development: MAX: 55 Hours
Additional hours billed at $225/hour
Additional Graphic Design hours billed at $180/hour
Copywriting not included, billed at $165/hr
Payment terms: Due Upon Receipt
Other payment plans available upon request
Estimated Launch Date: August 19, 2026 (90 days from start date)
Exclusions
Copywriting, advanced SEO strategy, paid plugin or third-party software fees, Webflow hosting fees, Guesty subscription or API fees, custom booking engine development, advanced animations, custom illustrations, photography, video editing, ongoing maintenance, accessibility remediation beyond standard best practices, legal/privacy policy copy, and post-launch support beyond the included launch process.
*Client acknowledges overdue accounts will result in a mandatory “Cease Work Order” until full account payment is satisfied. Client also acknowledges during any potential “Cease Work Orders” client will continue to be billed and responsible for project fees per signed Service Agreement. Henry Street Creative will not provide services of any kind during a “Cease Work Order”.
