Scope of Work

• Homepage FAQ Section

• • Design and add a new FAQ section to the homepage. Client to update with final copy when ready.

• Structured Data

• • Create and implement appropriate JSON-LD structured data using business, brokerage, service-area, and contact information supplied by the client. Henry Street Creative will determine the appropriate schema structure and validate the completed markup before launch.

• Heading Structure Improvements

• • Audit and correct the homepage heading hierarchy, including blank, missing, or improperly ordered headings.
  • Headings will be updated to improve page structure while preserving the existing visual design.

• Restructure Main Menu & Footer Menu Links

• • Move “Sellers” link to the top-level position
    • Move Home Valuation under Sellers
    • Move Home Sale Calculator under Sellers
  • Remove Home Valuation
  • Change “Calculators” to read Buyers
    • Mortgage Calculator and Affordability Calculator should remain in submenu.
• Testing and Launch
  • Complete responsive testing, structured-data validation, link review, heading review, and final quality assurance before publishing the updates.

Estimated Design Updates

Technical and new and existing-page improvements: 4 hours

Design and development are billed at $180 per hour.

Estimated design and development: $720

This estimate does not include ongoing article creation, third-party platform fees, legal drafting, IDX modifications, or functionality outside the scope described above. Any additional requests will be reviewed and approved before work begins. Additional design hours to be billed at $180/hr and can be billed separately upon completion of the project.
