  • Response time within 12 business hours
  • Sentiment monitoring and relationship building

Analytics & Reporting

  • One comprehensive monthly performance report
  • Up to one 30-minute monthly strategy call (upon request) 
  • Data-backed recommendations for growth and optimization

Scope:

  • Up to Thirty (30) hours per month
  • Up to two (2) revision rounds per content calendar
  • Revisions must be submitted in one consolidated list from all stakeholders
  • Additional hours billed at $165/hr with prior written approval
