Scope of Work

Objective: Develop a highly functional and visually appealing website using Webflow, integrated with the MLS Grid IDX service.

  • Project Planning and Analysis:
    • Finalize requirements and plan integration strategy.
    • Estimated Time: 5-8 hours
  • API Backend Setup:
    • Configure IDX service for API endpoints, data processing, and integration logic.
    • Estimated Time: 10-15 hours
  • IDX Integration with IDX and Webflow:
    • Extensive integration of IDX service Webflow CMS.
    • Estimated Time: 24-36 hours
  • Additional Pages Setup in Webflow CMS:
    • Create additional 6 pages for listings (main and individual listing pages)
    • Estimated Time: 6-12 hours
  • Lead Generation Form Integration:
    • Implement and integrate up to 3 lead generation forms.
    • Estimated Time: 8-12 hours
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct thorough testing for IDX integration, website functionality, and overall user experience.
    • Estimated Time: 10-15 hours
  • Revisions and Adjustments:
    • Address feedback and make necessary adjustments.
    • Estimated Time: 5-10 hours
